Glue Dust Tray for Zortrax M200
thingiverse
Elmer's glue stick pairs well with the Zortrax perfboard and raft, offering strong print adhesion for various materials. Unfortunately, my printer accumulates unsightly dried glue dust from scraping the bed between prints, so I came up with a solution: a slide-on tray to catch the dust, keeping the printer clean. It attaches smoothly to the v1 perfboard; those using the v2 might need to enlarge the slots slightly. When printing with PLA, it's likely wise to take out the tray when using the bed heater, but if you're working with ABS, removing the bed is probably a good idea due to required force. With PLA prints needing no heat, they come off easily without moving the bed. The design can be customized at Tinkercad via https://tinkercad.com/things/evclLyuzWxC. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 290 microns Infill: "Light" Notes: Printed with Meltink's fantastic PLA+PHA, utilizing a Z-Temp to set extrusion temperature at 215°C.
