Glue, Accelerator and Light Machine Oil Caddy

Glue, Accelerator and Light Machine Oil Caddy

cults3d

I designed a compartmentalized box to securely hold the glues, accelerators and light machine oils I use while assembling machined projects and/or 3D printing designs. The box protects these materials from being knocked over by my errant desktop tested creations and spilling across the desk, minimizing trips to the acetone tank in the event of a collision. To prevent warping, I added hold down disks to the corners of the build plate before printing. This ensures that my 3D printed projects stay stable during the printing process. The box was designed using Sketchup Make 2015 and printed on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using Makerware 2.3.3.42 "Standard" Settings, with a layer height of .2mm, two shells, and 10% infill in PLA material.
