GLT-120 Haruna

The GLT120 Haruna is a light tank designed primarily off the Polish PL-01 and its rather futuristic looking armor, and the American M-41 Bulldog which is a really simple looking light tank (I’ve always been a fan of that one in particular!) The Haruna light tank can be set up in a few different ways. You can leave the armor off which gives you a bit of a speed buff but this makes it more susceptible to damage. A lighter tank, however, can be better used for shoot and scoot tactics. You can also add on either rubber armor skirts, or the heavier NERA armor skirts which makes the tank slower but more like a light armored, hull-down main battle tank than a light tank. This tank is named the Haruna mainly because I like to name my vehicles for memory reasons and I was going to name it the Akina because I am a fan of the anime Initial D. However, when researching, I found that Mount Akina from the anime is actually based off the real Mount Haruna. Cool name, and now you remember the name of a mountain in Japan; we all learn something new! The Haruna normally has 230mm frontal armor, 130mm side armor, 90mm rear armor, 60mm roof armor, and the turret has 250mm of protection with 30mm on roof. In this configuration its max speed is 92km/h, and with 5mm rubber skirts there is no speed penalty ( they just look nice). In game the Haruna gets to move 3x and can shoot once while on the move. However when upgraded fully you must print both skirt models and the rubber skirts are steel plates with the NERA armor package on the sides. In this configuration you now have 140mm added side armor, but your speed is downgraded to 81km/h. In game you may move once and fire or fire on the move.
