This little jack-o'-lantern is perfect for kids. The face has been expertly carved out and I have a state-of-the-art single extruder machine that allows me to easily switch filaments in the following steps: \n1) Print the first 1.5mm in bright green or rich black\n2) Then print the next 1mm with GlowFill technology that really stands out\n3) The rest of the print is done in vibrant orange.\nAs a result, the carved-out face glows brightly in the dark. \nThe settings I use are to print the first two colors at 0.20mm and then move down to 0.10mm for the orange print. \nIf you have access to Simplify3D, utilize its powerful multiprocessor features to make this process a whole lot easier! \nI'm attaching six different face STLs for your use as well as my custom template that allows you to carve out unique faces on your own.\nPrint Settings\nRafts: No Rafts at All\n \n Supports: Absolutely None\n \nResolution: 0.20mm for all layers is perfect. \n Infill:\nThe level of infill I usually go with is around 30%. The more detailed it looks, the better. \nNotes: \nAs you begin to print, keep in mind that I start with the first 1.5mm layer (0 - 1.5mm) printed in bright green or rich black.
