The Glowforge's exhaust port is only about 12.5 mm long, making it a bit tricky to hook up and detach an exhaust vent. Luckily, there's a simple design that extends this exhaust port while maintaining a tight seal. This design is meant for printing on semi-flexible filaments like Sainsmart TPU. Because you need to stretch the filament over the port to get a good seal, flexibility is crucial. You could theoretically use PLA, ABS, PETG, or other materials, but you'd have to tweak the design using the customizer to increase the inner diameter and fit it snugly over the Glowforge exhaust port.
