Glowforge and Infinity Inline Fan Adapters
thingiverse
All the parts are printed with 25% infill, no support. For a month, I struggled to determine the ideal setup for my Infinity 6” inline fan to work seamlessly with GF. Due to my sensitive nose, I couldn't tolerate any burning smell. With the current configuration in place, I've been able to cut with two GFs all day without any smell in the room. I came up with multiple 3D print adapters that enhance my best setup: a GF exhaust port extension, a 4” to 6” adapter, and a 6” mounting adapter. I'm sharing these adapters here, hoping they will aid someone else in installing their Infinity 6” inline fan. My recommended configuration is as follows: the GF paired with an exhaust extension, followed by a 4” duct, then two 4” to 6” adapters, next the 6” Infinity Inline Fan, and finally the 6” Mounting adapter, all connected to a Window. I purchased the fan and duct from Amazon at the following links: https://www.amazon.com/AC-Infinity-CLOUDLINE-S6-Controller/dp/B07FPFVZTZ https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071LHCFZ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
