PPE Face Shield Designs are being developed by The David E. Glover Emerging Technology Center in Oakland, California, where efficient production methods allow for large quantities of shields to be manufactured simultaneously. To upgrade face shield films, simply replace them with standard transparency films and use a three-hole punch.
