GloveBox Fitting Ø110mm
thingiverse
For DIY glovebox, these are an updated version from what I currently have in use. I have not printed these yet. The idea is to attach gloves to the fittings with zip-ties. This is not intended for air-tight use like in chemistry, biology etc, only to contain random metal shavings and most of the dust created by a Dremel Outer diameter Ø 110 mm (intended size of holes on the box) Rim diameter Ø 130 mm Holes are for M4 bolts. Main fitting: Estimated print time: 4 hours 47 minutes Filament used: 22.80 meters of PLA Estimated material cost (PLA): ~2,05 € (Calculated from 200 m spool with a price of 17,99 € ≈ 0.08995 / m) Collar: Estimated print time: 1 hours 6 minutes Filament used: 4.32 meters of PLA Estimated material cost (PLA): ~0,39 € (Calculated from 200 m spool with a price of 17,99 € ≈ 0.08995 / m) UPDATE: added some bevels for smoother look and user comfortability
