Glove Clips
thingiverse
I sourced these clips from widely available commercial options. To adapt them for 3D printing, I went through around ten design iterations to find a sweet spot between underpowered and overpowered springs. Both PLA and PET materials were tested, with PET yielding the most satisfactory results. Here are my preferred settings: • 100% infill density • .15mm layer resolution • Nozzle diameter: .4 mm • Filament type: 1.75mm • Material choice: PET Supports may be necessary for certain areas, except in cases where a hole is present. When assembling the clips, it's not uncommon to encounter stuck jaws. To resolve this, I recommend giving the clips a firm twist or employing needle-nose pliers to gently pry them apart.
