One of the most perilous medical procedures for healthcare professionals caring for patients with Covid-19 is the orotracheal intubation. To mitigate the risk of transmission, acrylic enclosures with holes are being utilized to cover the patient, allowing medical personnel to insert their arms through the openings. To achieve a tighter seal, I have developed this ring that enables adjusting long veterinary gloves, thereby enhancing the isolation between the doctor and the patient. We are already utilizing this device in a hospital in Bogota, Colombia. Considering there are various designs of enclosures, I have attached the parametric files.
