Glory of the Hexan - Star Pharaohs

The Hexan were the six extragalactic gods who had once waged terrible war on the Milky Way when the galaxy was young. Only when every galactic empire united for the first and last time were they stopped in their tracks, their crystalline bodies smashed to powder and scattered across the galaxy. Millions of years later, a race of mining androids were left by their creators to mine a valuable vein of Hexcite, only to discover that the very resource they had been mining were the majority of the remains of the Hexan, lost to the mist of time. The Hexan granted the droids sapience and purpose - and the Star Pharaohs were born. As the Star Pharaohs achieve galactic dominance, they leave behind great pillars of of stone and technology symbolizing the Glory of the Hexan, each of which doubles as a defense turret in the event of a massive ground invasion.
