The file is not resized, so you will need to resize it in your slicing program. I have tried to print this a couple of times at different angles, but I am very new to 3D printing and have managed to break the arms/swirling liquid every time. You will need to be very careful taking off supports. Sorry if it isn't great. Still learning to sculpt and 3D print.
