Gloomhaven Monster: Sun Demon

I crafted this 3D model to resemble the Sun Demon from Gloomhaven. Since I couldn't accurately replicate the official artwork (http://www.cephasfair.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Sun-Demon.jpg), I decided to reinterpret the creature based on its gameplay mechanics. As a flying monster that relies on ranged attacks, I envisioned it hovering amidst a cloud of sunbeam-like tendrils. This design allows for an energetic pose, as if preparing to launch an energy attack, rather than featuring imposing spikes and blades like my Night Demon model. Currently, I'm struggling to perfect the painting process, which has proven more challenging than anticipated. To achieve an illuminated effect, I've focused on whites, yellows, and oranges, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the outcome. I hope that fellow enthusiasts can offer suggestions for improvement. I printed these miniatures using a .05 mm layer thickness and a .25 mm nozzle. Supports are crucial, but I designed the model to utilize the tentacles as support whenever possible. This is the first time I've removed more supports from Meshmixer than added; the right hand requires additional support, and I added some trees to assist with printing horizontal tentacle sections. When adding trees, be cautious not to entangle them within the tendrils, as removal can be difficult.
