Here's a remixed standee designed specifically for 12mm dices, although it still accommodates 8mm dices on the back - making it universally adaptable. I opted to stick with original standees because they're far more "paper-token-friendly" than printed holders. The design has undergone some tweaks: a wider space for the original standee to fit snugly without any manual adjustments, broader optional status token holders, and extra room for larger monster tokens. A smaller hex base allows it to seamlessly integrate with map tiles. There's also a small area on the front that can be marked with paint to designate an elite unit. The remixed standee has been rigorously tested for Gloomhaven 2nd edition, third printing.
