This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is is not overly tight. I've allowed about .5 to 1.0mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick on the outside and .8mm thick on the inside. If using a .8 nozzle enable Print Thin Walls. They also fit better than FFG that seem to have a lot of extra sleeve at the top.
