Gloomhaven / Frosthaven hp counters

This is just another version of a hit point tracker for Gloomhaven. Magnets can be added to make them stackable, and I use the same magnets that i use with the MagHex system I found here at Thingiverse. There is a +10 hit point marker to put in the condition stand, but I just use a damage token to denote that the counter goes past nine.
