This is a remix of Gloomhaven Monster Dial by ratiafak. My printer is having terrible issues right now and just couldn't print the numbers correctly so I made them much easier to print and paint. I use the red damage tokens (either the small "1" or large "10" tokens) for monsters that have >18 hp. The tray works slightly better if the standees are placed upside down (like the middle one in the photo) Free up the 3 arms underneath with a knife, or use pliers and a metal bar to wrench it free then jog the mechanism a bit to smooth things over before using.
