<figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SB5KAKyUHp8"></oembed></figure><p><br>These boxes are sized to hold a full set of sleeved cards, with a stack height of up to 40 cards, the maximum size of a modifier deck that I'm aware of.</p><p>My own set is Printed in Das Filament matte black at a layer height of 0.1mm, using a 0.4mm nozzle. The only exception are the nameplates, which used a 0.25mm nozzle for better text.</p><p>Some assembly is required, i designed them to use the collection of various steel pins and magnets i have on hand. Aside from the printed parts you will need the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PER CHARACTER BOX</strong></p><p>6 4,5x3mm cylindrical magnets</p><p>3 145x2mm Pins - cut these from steel wire)</p><p>4 2x6mm Pins - for the nameplate</p><p>12 1x5mm Pins - not for the variant with the integrated hinge)</p><p>You will also need an extra long 2,1mm drill to clear out the holes for main hinges, i recommend looking for DIN 340 specification ones.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PER TOKEN BOX</strong></p><p>4 5x1x2 rectangular magnets</p><p>8 1x4mm pins - for aligning the shell halves and attaching the little cover piece to the slide</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I included is a variant that incorporated the rear hinge into the main body. This allows you to skip some assembly work but will leave two visible holes.</p><p>Also included are the fusion files for this project, allowing to adjust tolerances or use different pin sizes. Check the User Parameters first if you want to make any changes.</p><p>There nameplate fusion files allows you to easily create custom nameplate. I recommend the overpass font and a 0.25mm nozzle.</p>
