Gloomhaven Bush with More Level Top

<p>I made a quick remix of Robagon's excellent bush model because I wanted to have more points in the top layer so that models could stand on it more easily. So, I used the same tricks that I used when making the JotL Destruction tokens to ensure that there'd be a decent number of points in that layer (as you can see in my PrusaSlicer screenshot of just the top layer).
