As someone who has been using them mid-game, I'm pleased to report that the PETG material has held up remarkably well despite frequent use. To determine the ideal size for your folder, simply calculate 0.40mm per card for sleeved cards or 0.30mm for unsleeved ones, plus any additional space needed for separators. The ability deck folders come in sizes ranging from 8.5mm to 15.5mm, while the modifier deck is set at 10mm, which I believe covers all characters. It's worth noting that a multi-layer design allows for easy folding by creating weak points in the print. Printing on glass and layering multiple sections with the inside facing down has resulted in a smooth interior and a soft exterior feel. However, be cautious when folding as the second layer can sometimes drop into the first, requiring some extra care post-printing.
