Thin nut version (best version) requires two thin profile M3 square nuts (1.7 mm thick). Thick nut version requires two regular M3 square nuts (2.4 mm thick). Hex nut version requires two M3 regular hex nuts. Also requires two of the four M3x6mm screws included in the MOS adapter plate set, and the two long M3x10mm screws included with Holosun 507k. Should also fit 407k. Designed to not scratch the slide. Not tested or intended for actual use.
