Glock Sight Pusher Installation Tool for Suppressor Height Irons
thingiverse
After printing another pusher, I decided to design one that's smaller and quicker to print with a captured bolt. I also wanted to incorporate more common hardware and accommodate sights up to about 0.6 inches tall. For the build, you'll need the following parts: 1 - 1/4" x 4.5" zinc plated hex bolt 4 - 1/4" hex nuts Thread locker (Loctite) Secure the two outside nuts with thread locker to capture the bolt. These components are easily found at any hardware store. The hex nut cavities are designed for a distance of 11.3 mm from face to face, and the hole for the bolt measures 6.5 mm if you prefer to use metric bolts and nuts. This design is compatible with standard 9mm and .40 slides as well as smaller slides like the G43, which all stand at 21.6mm tall. However, I'm unsure about the height of 10mm and .45 slides, so I can't guarantee they'll fit. The printed wrench piece isn't necessary; you can use a socket or wrench instead. If you print this design, please let me know if you have any feedback.
