GLEDOPTO Cover
thingiverse
This is a cover for a GLEDOPTO Zigbee LED controller. I utilize a GLEDOPTO Zigbee LED controller to control an LED strip underneath the couch. One end of the GLEDOPTO controller features a barrel jack for 12v input, while the other end includes push-in connectors for output. I have always found the push-in connectors somewhat unreliable and easily come loose, so I designed this small cover. The cover would also work perfectly on the input side if you were not using the barrel jack. It press-fits over the back of the controller, protecting the output cables. Press fit is snugly tight printed at 0.10 on a Prusa MK3. You could always print it at 101% and use some electrical tape to tighten the joins. The GLEDOPTO controller I have measures 47.8mm x 23.8mm. I also have a second version of the model, which is slightly deeper and includes small bumps to lock into the controllers' wire holes on top. (It's specifically made for the WW/CW version of the controller. I haven't tested this version as my initial version worked well enough for me.) I printed using PETG.
