Update: The initial print had a thickness issue throughout. A revised version has been created, significantly reducing bulk in most areas. The pin for the arms is now thicker and angled for enhanced strength and fit. Hinges have been relocated farther back to facilitate easier sanding before assembly. Problems persist: Hinges are still too weak and may require a complete overhaul. Lenses do not fit perfectly, and I am uncertain about their cutting process if you wish to have them custom-cut to match these frames. A substantial amount of sanding is required for a comfortable fit. I will update after the first print. If you desire changes beyond lens shape, please let me know. Hinges are designed for 1.75mm filament and should be used as a pin. To achieve a customized fit, use a heat gun or hot water to bend the bridge and arms. Sidebars are included for easy customization, featuring a 2mm thick slot (45mm between centers and r=2.5mm) with pins on each center 2.5 mm long and a taper on the edge of the bar for a press fit. The frame's thickness is intentionally increased to allow for smooth sanding.
