I bought one online because I lost mine and couldn't find a replacement locally at the time. Yes, I know most optometrists will replace them for free, but they come in handy during emergencies. There is no screw hole on this model; you have to use a tiny drill bit (0.8mm works well) to drill it exactly where it needs to be after pushing them into the hole where they sit on your glasses. I also had to heat up the part that goes into the glasses so I could press it in while the plastic was warm. I didn't want to make that part of the model any smaller and risk it breaking off.
