I'm too old to die young, so I need glasses to read the tiny scripts on packages. Searching at Thingiverse for a nice stand for my glasses but don't find anything with boobs. Print it slow so you have less to sand. * * * It was easy. Use MakeHuman to create a woman. Use Blender to pose her. Use OpenSCAD to make a baseplate and add eyes. (MakeHuman makes no eyes, possibly my mistake)
