I have a pair of glasses that I wear while sitting in front of my computer monitors at home. It is made by Zenni Optical. The glasses broke, and when I examined them I could see that there was a central metal section with clip-on plastic parts, one of which had broken. I decided that I could make replacement parts by 3D printing custom shaped rings that would fit on the metal, and temple pieces.
