Glasses for everyone !
thingiverse
A friend, Tony, who's an eyewear designer for years, helped me design a new frame after breaking my old one. Although not perfect, it's already cool! I hope to eventually create a parametric design with an interface like Magic-Box and allow people to make their own glasses in a fablab using a lasercutter. Similar projects include DIY eye exams and open-source eyewear. However, the current frame only fits one lens shape, so adaptation is required. The first STL is small, while the second is slightly thicker; "lunettes manu" are what I wear. Additionally, I recently discovered Oyoglasses that allows for 3D-printed customization of glasses.
