You'll need a pair of glasses that fits perfectly on your face, so we'll measure the width of your head to get the right fit. Take out a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Make sure it's snug but not too tight. That measurement will be the size of your glasses.
