Glasses
thingiverse
The MakerBot created an impressive pair of glasses for me! Inspired by Cory Doctorow and Bre Pettis, I began with thick frames but plan to explore various designs in the future. Surprisingly comfortable, these glasses are lightweight and easy to wear, even over regular specs. Printed yourself, they also earn you major geek points! To recreate them, print seven parts as labeled in a picture provided. Attach sections together with glue and secure hinges using a paper clip. The fit is near-perfect for my face; adjustments to back pieces can be made if needed.
With this file you will be able to print Glasses with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Glasses.
