The Max model can be accessed using 3dsMax2009 or any newer version. It's been constructed on a scale that mirrors reality. You'll find both V-ray and standard versions of the model included. As for exporting formats, you've got 3ds, obj, fbx, and dwg available options. Keep in mind that, depending on the software being used, exported formats may not perfectly replicate how they appear in preview images.
