I've been exploring the Shangri-La Diet and discovered that taking 12ml of oil two or three times a day is relatively straightforward. However, when life gets hectic, it's essential to have a convenient system in place to minimize disruptions. To achieve this, I purchased 12ml glass vials and designed a 6-vial rack holder. By filling the vials every few days, my essential oil remains neatly organized and easily accessible whenever needed.
