Glass tentacles (1) scanned with 123D Catch
thingiverse
A remarkable glass sculpture, inspired by underwater tentacles, was crafted by student Kenny Galusha at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Using 123D Catch, I captured and processed this unique piece in Meshmixer and netfabb Studio Basic to make it print-ready. The OBJ file contains a textured, clean model, along with its original 123D Catch project file (.3DP). Feel free to remix! Remember to print with full support, using a 0.2mm layer height, one shell and 10% infill on a Makerbot Replicator.
