Glass Speaker Extension
thingiverse
A bone-conducting speaker on Google Glass functions optimally when pressed firmly against your skull's side. Members of the Google+ Glass Explorer community have experimented with diverse hacks to expand the speaker's contact area. I designed a simple, adjustable item model in FreeCAD for this purpose. By altering the pad property, you can increase or decrease the extension depth. The print is easy, and I sliced it at 0.15mm due to its small size and a tiny fillet on the top edge for comfort.
