These custom corner brackets were engineered to seamlessly integrate with the Flashforge Inventor 3D printer and the premium glass plate upgrade from Flashforge USA. Accommodating glass dimensions (L x W x H) of precisely 9 x 6 x 0.15 inches, they ensure a secure fit atop the Flashforge build tape and aluminum build plate. To prevent hex nuts from slipping through the gaps in the corner brackets, four washers may be required. The corner brackets were designed with a low profile to allow for smooth build plate movements near internal filament spools. Securely fastened using existing build plate hardware, they sit flush against the surface of the glass. I must admit that achieving perfection on the first attempt was not my reality. What began as a deliberate design effort evolved into a series of trial and error attempts. Six versions were required to perfect this project.
