Native Cinema 4D R2024, rendered in Redshift 3.6 Now also in Unreal 5.4 - full project scene included !! * Day and Night mode in C4D Only ! Cars and 3d People are NOT included ! Grass and trees are inside the native C4D file, all settup with Mograph and ready to render with Redshift 3.6 It is way to heavy to upload as FBX or OBJ and i think it would be unsuable in that form. Grass used in ths building is a small part of my collection CGrass2.0 which is also available to buy here. Many more variations to choose from. With full Dancdelions, Clovers, and even burned grass. To add your own grass simply scatter it on the terrain around the building. Interior equipment has been optimized Roads and car park included, as per renders,all textured. Formats included: C4D 2024 Day and Night (Seperate files), Unreal 5.4 - full project scene included !! Blender (Not ready for rendering ). 3DS Max (Material are assigned, light setup required) FBX, OBJ, ABC (alembic) !! OBJ Format converteedr all the textures to .tif. I do not know how to prevent it. All the textures are included in the original formatsa. Names should match except file extension. Unreal format is included, but its a rough representation. Materials are set to the best of my knowledgde about Unreal engine. It is not exact copy of the C4D version. Poly Count of the FBX file is 1818065 polys. C4D has a lot more due to grass and interior equipment. But all was instanced or cloned with mograph. It should be fairly quick to use. Some meshes were UV unwrapped, but most of it is just basic cubic mapping. Also the grass on the cracked wall is included as a fbx file.
