Glass Holder
thingiverse
To stop your IKEA KALAS glasses from spilling, check out my solution that includes the original Blender file and an STL version. Printed with RepRapPro Huxley and PLA (nozzle diameter 0.5, filament diameter 1.75), using Slic3r for slicing. The model printed well with these settings: layer height 0.3, perimeters 2, solid layers 2, fill density 0.3, perimeter speed 50, infill speed 50. Alternatively, try reducing layer height (-33%) and increasing speed (+33%) for slightly better quality in the same printing time (about 50 mins): layer height 0.2, perimeters 2, solid layers 2, fill density 0.3, perimeter speed 75, infill speed 75.
