Glass door lock handle screw M22x1,5

Glass door lock handle screw M22x1,5

I found a small plastic piece on each side of the typical glass door lock where the handle passes through it. This tiny part is screwed into the lock, securing the outer metal casing in place. I suspect it's meant to break occasionally, so most people opt for a new lock. However, I didn't want to purchase something new, so I created my own version of that screw. The darker section in the images shows the broken one, while the light grey part is the newly printed replacement. The thread is metric fine thread M22x1.5. The inner diameter measures approximately 18mm; if it doesn't fit your door handle, simply sand it a bit wider to achieve a better fit. To print this screw, make sure to invert the model! Here are my recommended print settings: Printer: CL-260 Rafts: Disabled Supports: Disabled Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill Density: 50%
