Glass Divider
thingiverse
A container separator to place inside a vessel for storing items.\nSeparate a vessel into multiple compartments to keep toothbrushes from clashing, or maintain your pencils in order, or whatever.\nChoose the size of the vessel, the number of sections, the wall thickness, and chamfer if desired for the inner edge of the vessel.\nIf a chamfer is chosen, it is printed on top of the print so there's no overhang.\nMeasure the inside diameter of your vessel. If it tapers then you must use the smallest diameter or persuade me to create a tapered option.\nDecide what clearance you want between the separator and the vessel. If the vessel is perfectly round, this will make everything okay. I use 0.3.\nDecide how many sections you want to divide your vessel into.\nDecide what wall thickness you want. I use 2.\nDecide how tall you want the separator. It doesn't have to reach the top of the vessel, or it can go past the top of the vessel if desired.\nDecide if you want a chamfer. The bottom inner edge of the vessel is rounded. You can add a chamfer to make the separator sit on the floor of the vessel, or you can let it sit on the rounded corner. I think it looks better sitting flat on the bottom so I use a chamfer but I can't make decisions for you.\nIf you do choose a chamfer (as you should), then you can decide how large you want the chamfer to be. The size is the height and width of the chamfer. The chamfer is placed on top of the separator so it's printed upside down. That means there's no overhang.
