Glass Bed Vise for FlashForge Creator Pro

This solution is specifically designed for use with one or more manufactured products. As an inexperienced glass cutter, I've found that cutting a piece of glass to serve as the surface for my FlashForge Creator Pro's heated print bed often results in it not being quite square. To address this issue, I utilized silvxm's glass bed clamp on three corners, but needed a bit more adjustability to account for gaps on the fourth corner. To resolve this problem, I combined two different bed clamp designs to achieve the desired stability in that last corner. This involves stabilizing one edge using the contour from silvxm's solution and then closing the remaining distance to the adjacent edge with an M3-0.5 x 20mm cap screw, which is accommodated by 3Dpassion's solution. When printing this accessory, it's advisable to use a material with a higher melting point than PLA, such as ABS or nylon, like Taulman 645 or Taulman Bridge. This will help ensure the integrity of the threads for the cap screw. A high resolution is crucial to guarantee the stability and accuracy of the printed part, particularly when it comes to creating fine details and ensuring the correct threading for the M3-0.5 x 20mm cap screw.
