Glass Bed Holder Clamp
thingiverse
I made the original clamps by Jaamer and they worked like a charm, but when I tried to secure the glass bed, the bracket gave way under pressure and the screws ended up riding high on top of the glass. This updated design has extended claws that wrap all the way down to the heated bed's underside, preventing any further bending - and keeping those adjustment screws precisely where they're meant to be. With Jaamer's clamp as my starting point, I was able to utilize 16mm M3 screws for a secure hold on the glass, but mine needed a bit more room, so you'll need either 20 or 25mm M3 screws to get that plate clamped down tight. It does an excellent job of keeping the glass in place, but now I need something to really lock it down onto the glass - guess that's what's next on my to-do list!
