Glass Bed Corner brackets for Flashforge Creator Pro

These precision corner pieces are designed for seamless integration with the FlashForge Creator Pro when using a glass build plate from 3DUniverse (http://shop3duniverse.com/products/glass-build-plate). There are two distinct brackets to choose from, and it's crucial to position the raised tab on the shorter side of the build plate. To secure the bracket firmly, I opted for stainless 3mm wingnuts and fender washers. The oversized washer acts as a protective barrier, preventing the nut from melting into the ABS plastic when exposed to heat, which would otherwise cause the bracket to loosen over time. The adjustable wingnuts enable you to tighten the bracket quickly if it starts to loosen. I've found a specific shim useful for fine-tuning the z-axis: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:440022. After utilizing kapton tape and ABS slurry for an extended period, which worked adequately but was prone to air bubbles and requiring frequent replacement, I now employ Elmers purple "disappearing" extra-wide glue stick on my glass bed. For optimal results, apply two passes with the glue stick – one along the long axis followed by a shorter pass. By achieving excellent levelling and a suitable layer of glue stick, I'm able to print 30 times without requiring a resurfacing, which is significantly more convenient than before. Post-printing, allow the bed to cool down to around 50 degrees Celsius prior to removing any printed parts; it then easily detaches. Attempting to remove the part too early results in substantial difficulty. I've been printing on this glass surface for approximately a month and am operating my bed at 115 degrees Celsius with an extruder temperature of 230 degrees Celsius.
