I am currently utilizing these fantastic products, and I must say they are truly great! They feature a flush fitting design, allowing the nozzle/hot end to travel over them without making contact, similar to other successful designs found on Thingiverse. These parts attach seamlessly over the original heat-bed bolts, making installation a breeze - simply print, stick, and secure with new nuts, which come pre-threaded for easy attachment. Installation is incredibly quick and effortless! What sets these apart? These custom-designed parts provide an essential offset of 3mm to ensure optimal clearance at the back of the bed while increasing by 3mm at the front. This clever design secures the glass firmly in place, preventing it from shifting due to vibration or when prints are removed. Occasionally, printed parts become stubbornly attached to the glass bed, requiring considerable force to remove. This can cause the glass plate to shift out of alignment, resulting in bed leveling issues. Vibration and movement during print progression can also displace the glass plate, leading to uneven layer lines if there is any play. To further customize these designs, I have included FreeCAD files for modification - tweak them as needed to suit your specific requirements!
