Brackets, designed for attaching a 3.1mm-thick glass from a broken flatbed scanner, easily install onto the "MendelMax Laser Cut Y Axis" by kludgineer using M5 hex socket cap screws. The aluminum plate below contains an underside 110v 14W heater, and STL and Google SketchUp 8 files are included for reference.
