To create an STL for any height, follow these steps: Load a drawing into FreeCAD. Click "Pad" in the tree view. Select Length (Height) from the property portion of the Combo panel. Adjust the initial 3mm height to whatever you need. Then click "Pad" again to select what to export. Next, choose Export from the File menu and select STL format. Name your file and click OK.
