Western margin of the composite (basalt outer + granite inner) cone sheet from Palaeogene times, forcefully inserted into Silurian metasediments (absent in this model). This 3D model showcases the 'inside' boundary of the cone sheet where basalt outer margins meet with granite interiors. Note that in contrast to the E margin, the basalt sits atop the granite.
