Print the clip holder in TPU and the winder with a rigid material such as PLA+. The winder I bought was from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017XOIJI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1. It works well and has a good size for 100m cable reels. To attach the WiFi module to the winder, I used dual lock fasteners: https://www.amazon.com/3M-Dual-Lock-Reclosable-Fastener/dp/B007OXK1AK/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=dual+lock&qid=1559488865&s=gateway&sr=8-2. The winder handle has a 4mm hole to bolt it to the winder securely.
