The cards are snug if you include the kickstarter promo deck. The slots on the left are for the decks for each character, the bottom right is for the gladiator deck, and the top right is for the setup cards. Each deck slot can hold 22 cards except for the top right which can only hold 19. This is because the setup cards are smaller in number than every other set. The little nub protruding over the tokens is to help with pulling the organizer out of the box. The rule book sits on top.
