Glade room fragrance diffuser homematic modification for smarthome integration
thingiverse
With this guide, you can turn your Glade Dufterfrischer into a smarthome device and integrate it with Homematic via the AskinPP Lib from http://www.asksinpp.de. 1. Build a control unit using an Arduino Pro Mini and a CC1101 radio module (see https://asksinpp.de/Grundlagen/). 2. Flash the corresponding sketch onto the Arduino (https://github.com/jp112sdl/Beispiel_AskSinPP/blob/master/examples/HM-LC-Sw1-Pl-DN-R1/HM-LC-Sw1-Pl-DN-R1.ino). 3. Set the DC-DC stepdown converter to 3.3V at the output. 4. Drill a hole in the bottom of the Glade and into the recess of the stand (see photos!). 5. Connect and wire all components according to the circuit diagram (see photos!). All additional components fit inside the base. Please do not use the twisted antenna of the CC1101, but instead use an 8.3cm long wire. The Arduino construction will be too high if you try to install it in the base. 6. Learn the device in your CCU2/3. 7. Program the device in your smarthome control system (CCU, Raspberrymatic, IoBroker, Symcon) as needed. The conversion simply turns on the Glade. After switching on, a spray shot always occurs. You can then either let the predetermined programs of the Glade run or turn it off after about 10 seconds. This way, you can set your own time intervals.
