Glacier Bay Kitchen Sink Button Replacement
thingiverse
I've got a kitchen sink sprayer that came with my Home Depot purchase, and the design was absolute chaos. After a few weeks of use, it completely disintegrated, leaving a gaping hole in the sprayer head with razor-sharp edges surrounding the mode switch. Unable to find the replacement parts needed to repair it, and not wanting to replace the entire spray head for such a small fix, I took my skills to Fusion 360. This part is far more complicated than what I usually design, and printing it required additional support. To my amazement, at first attempt it worked flawlessly. My wife absolutely loathes it, calling it an eyesore – but function prevails over fashion in this case. I'm cool with the utilitarian vibe. In time, I may revamp its design or see what someone else comes up with that's even better. Here are my print settings: Rafts: Completely Unnecessary Supports: Absolutely Essential Resolution: .2mm Precision Required Infill: 70% Thicker for Extra Strength
